You are fully responsible for attending the session at the scheduled time. In the event of any delay, I am not obligated to remind you or contact you. All session details, including contact information and Zoom link, are provided in advance and are accessible upon booking.
For sessions that require your physical presence, the maximum allowable delay is 15 minutes. After this period, the session will be rescheduled for another day and time, and you will be charged the full fee for the session.
If you inform me at least 24 hours in advance that you will be unable to attend, there will be no charge, and the session will be rescheduled for the next available date and time.
